Cranberry Relish (with a twist)

Yield: 8 servings
Serving size: 1/4 cup

Ingredients
  • 12 oz fresh cranberries

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • Zest of 1 orange

  • 1/4 cup Chambord

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

1. Rinse the cranberries and place them in a saucepan with sugar, orange juice, and orange zest.

2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens (about 10-15 minutes).

3. Remove from heat and stir in the cranberry liqueur and cinnamon. Let cool to room temperature.
