Mint Chocolate Chip Brownies

Yield: 12 brownies
Serving Size: 1 brownie
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
Green food coloring
2 cups powdered sugar
